Repaint Policy at 3D Train Stuff

3DTS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY - EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2012

This policy applies to all 3D Train Stuff Llc. (3DTS) products released to date. 3DTS owns the copyright to all content, this includes but is not limited to 3d meshes (models), textures, sounds, shape files, physics files, and all other assets that are included in our products. As a customer who has purchased a 3DTS product(s), you, the end user have been granted a single non-exclusive license to USE the 3DTS product(s). This means you do not OWN the intellectual property in our product(s).

So after much consideration 3DTS now grants the following addendum to our product licenses.

End Users may now modify texture ACE files which can then be distributed from 3rd party websites as long as 3DTS is given credit for the original content and a link to "www.3dtrainstuff.com" is provided in the listing, the readme, and the manual.

End Users may not provide 3DTS cabview, shape, or sound files in their releases nor charge any fees whatsoever for modified files.

And finally, 3D Train Stuff Llc. (3DTS) reserves the right to have any modified 3DTS content removed from 3rd party web servers at any time and for any reason.
